Why private event pricing is different
Walk-up prices apply when guests purchase individually at public events or open vending locations. Private event pricing is based on a service minimum, not just individual drink prices.
Your event package reserves our truck/setup, preparation, travel, service time, supplies, toppings, cleanup, and a dedicated guest experience.
Community, HOA & Apartment Events
For attendee-paid community, apartment, or HOA events, a minimum sales guarantee may be required based on distance, expected attendance, date/time, and service window.
If sales fall short of the agreed minimum, the host covers the difference.
Travel Fee
- Travel fees are based on distance from our Tampa Bay service area.
- Within 20 miles: no travel fee
- 20-50 miles: $50
- 50-100 miles: $100
- Over 100 miles: custom review
Travel fee is confirmed after review when exact distance logic is unavailable.
